Each and every deal is unique. I carefully listen to my client's needs and provide them with the knowledge required to successfully achieve their unique Real Estate objectives. 

Buyer Services Include:

• Free Consultation 

  • The assessment of your needs and goals (location, budget, features, type of home) and how they apply to properties that are currently on the market.

  • I will give you a thorough estimate of the costs you can expect in buying a home (land transfer, tax, legal fees, etc.).

• Searching for a home

  • I will send you MLS listings that meet your unique requirements as they become available.  I will also provide you with my insider knowledge of unlisted properties that I receive through my large database of past clients and contacts.

• Viewing Properties

  • I keep your requirements in mind while touring selected homes. When we find a home that interests you, I assess its value based on multiple criteria and prepare and explain all related documents.

• Home Inspections 

  • In order to protect the biggest investment that you will ever make I will always suggest doing a home inspection on the property. I feel so strongly about this that I will even pay for it! 

• Making an offer

  • I will use my extensive experience and negotiating expertise to ensure that your home is acquired at the best attainable price and terms.

• After the sale

  • I will monitor and inform you of the progress of the purchase agreement, including the satisfaction of all contingencies and conditions during the entire transaction

I have direct access to a real estate lawyer should any legal questions or issues arise (E.g., Legal Parking, renovations that required permits, by-laws, or survey problems).  I will make sure you have peace of mind knowing that you are informed and taken care of from start to finish.
